We keep order and enquiry records only as long as needed to fulfil your order, deal with any issues, and meet our legal/accounting obligations.
You can ask us at any time to see what information we hold on you, correct it, or have it deleted. Just message us on Instagram @virgojewellers or email us.
This site uses minimal local storage on your own device (e.g. to remember your cart) and no third-party tracking/advertising cookies.

By ordering from Virgo Jewellers you agree to the following terms.
All grillz are custom-made to fit your own teeth, using a mould or impression kit you provide. Because each piece is made specifically for you, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started, except where the item is faulty or not as described.
Prices shown are in GBP and may change at any time. Payment is taken securely via Stripe at checkout, or arranged directly with us for bespoke orders.
We ship UK-wide. Estimated timeframes are given as a guide only — custom pieces can take longer depending on complexity and material.
We make every piece to the mould or measurements you provide. If something doesn't fit correctly due to an error on our part, let us know and we'll put it right. We're not responsible for fit issues caused by an inaccurate mould/impression supplied to us.
